Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Support Technician to assist with the upkeep and general maintenance of a residential condominium community during evening hours. This role is important in ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of common areas and building facilities
- Handle basic maintenance and repair tasks (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests from management and residents during shift hours
- Ensure hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and exterior areas are clean and presentable
- Assist with trash removal and overall cleanliness of the property
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management
- Support preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with residents at all times
Requirements:
- Clean background required
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Attentive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working around and assisting residents in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Basic knowledge of general repairs and building maintenance
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Reliable and punctual
Work Environment:
Residential condominium setting with direct interaction with residents. Evening shift requiring professionalism, attentiveness, and a customer-service mindset.
