Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Assignment Length: 4–6 Months

Job Description
We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined individuals to assist with annual plant maintenance and industrial cleaning operations.
This position requires candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial environment, have experience using hand tools, and are willing to perform physically demanding tasks.
Candidates must be committed to completing the full –6 month assignment and welcome to temp to hire after the maintenance project is complete.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with annual plant maintenance and facility cleanup.
- Perform high-pressure flex lancing to clean chiller and boiler tubes.
- Operate industrial pressure-washing equipment.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Perform general facility cleaning, including sweeping, removing trash, and clearing cobwebs.
- Utilize basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist maintenance personnel with various projects.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all plant safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Perform additional maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools required.
- Industrial maintenance, plant cleanup, or pressure-washing experience preferred.
- Experience with high-pressure flex lancing is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working in an industrial plant environment.
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Willingness to perform both maintenance support and general cleaning duties.
- Must be available for the entire 4–6 month assignment.
