White Buffalo Property Management is looking for a PART-TIME reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain our vacation rental properties to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning Experience: Professional cleaning experience required; vacation rental experience preferred.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation. 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for mountain and winter conditions.
• Availability: Must be flexible with scheduling and available for occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
• Communication: Must communicate consistently with management and promptly report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items.
• Punctuality: Must arrive on time and complete cleans within the assigned timeframe while maintaining quality.
• Reliability: Call-outs should be limited to legitimate emergencies. Three call-outs may result in termination or removal from the schedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in immediate termination.
• Professionalism: Must be trustworthy, respectful, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Part-time In short-term rentals means can work 1-2 days one week, and 3-4 the next. The clower months especially will be slower. Holidays and peak seasons are busier.

PAY

$22–$28/hour, based on experience, reliability, and performance.

After 90 days, a raise may be considered based on work quality, attendance, efficiency, communication, and overall performance.
