Hours: 35/week, 7 hour days

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations analysis, security systems support, technical project coordination, or a related field.

\n

• Proficiency in project management and coordination tasks.

\n

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and familiarity with project management tools.

\n

• Working knowledge of physical security technologies, remote monitoring systems, or video surveillance solutions.

\n

• Strong business writing skills, including preparation of professional reports, technical summaries, and project documentation.

\n

• Excellent documentation abilities, including process flows, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting records.

\n

• Ability to interpret operational metrics, system logs, incident information, and performance data.

\n

• Experience supporting project tracking, milestone reporting, and task coordination.

\n

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

\n

• Strong verbal communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

\n

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

\n

• Education/experience: At least three years of formal education beyond high school or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting physical security systems, CCTV cameras, video surveillance platforms, or remote monitoring technologies.

\n

• Familiarity with Video Management Systems (VMS), camera networks, or security incident management platforms.

\n

• Experience supporting technical troubleshooting, system testing, and incident resolution.

\n

• Exposure to advanced video analytics, AI-driven monitoring, or deployable camera systems.

\n

• Experience preparing system flow diagrams, technical architecture documentation, and process maps.

\n

• Familiarity with cybersecurity risk assessments, data protection, and secure information-sharing practices.

\n

• Experience supporting project scope, schedules, resources, and operational reporting.

\n

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting tools.

\n

• Experience working with IT, networking, field operations, vendors, and security personnel.

\n

• Experience in transportation, government, public safety, or large enterprise operational environments.
