Bilingual Property Manager
Location: Houston
Community Size: 72 Units – New Construction
Job Type: Full-Time
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager for a 72-unit new construction affordable housing community. We are looking for a strong leader with proven LIHTC experience, excellent leasing and sales abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding resident service.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Property Manager who can successfully oversee operations while driving occupancy and building a strong community presence.
MUST HAVE:
Bilingual English & Spanish – Required
LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience – Required
Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing
Experience managing affordable housing communities
Strong leasing, marketing, and sales skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Experience with recertifications, compliance, and resident files
Ability to lead and develop onsite staff
Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a 72-unit community
Manage leasing efforts and maintain occupancy goals
Conduct tours and convert prospects into residents
Ensure LIHTC compliance and file accuracy
Process certifications and recertifications
Manage resident relations and resolve concerns
Supervise onsite staff and vendors
Monitor budgets, collections, and property performance
Coordinate move-ins for a new construction lease-up community
Implement marketing and outreach strategies

We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager with a strong sales background who can lead a successful lease-up and create an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, and comfortable managing both operations and occupancy growth.
LIHTC experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication are REQUIRED.
