Campground Maintenance Worker
Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, approximately 24–40 hours per week, depending on business needs

What You'll Be Doing
As a Campground Maintenance Worker, you will play an important role in keeping our campground looking its best and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Perform general campground maintenance and upkeep.
- Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash throughout the campground.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Keep campground grounds, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean and presentable.
- Assist with routine cleanup and general maintenance projects as needed.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
- Follow established safety procedures while completing daily assignments.
- Work alongside team members to maintain a positive and welcoming campground environment.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean and organized.
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or general maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 24–40 hours weekly
- Scheduling: Hours may vary depending on campground occupancy, seasonal demands, and business needs.
