Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm PST
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade network, server, storage, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems across multiple locations.
- Respond to outages, escalated support incidents, and infrastructure-related service requests.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, network, security, backup, and access management systems.
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and VoIP systems.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
- Implement infrastructure improvements, upgrades, patches, automation, and security controls.
- Create and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and incident records.
- Support infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, change management, and capacity planning.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable, secure, and effective technology operations.
- Experience administering IT infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, servers, virtualization, and security technologies.
- Experience designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting infrastructure upgrades and configurations.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems management.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms and virtual server management tools.
- Experience with network monitoring and configuration management systems.
