Our client is seeking a Director of Technology to lead enterprise IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across a global manufacturing organization. This executive leadership role will drive technology strategy, modernize enterprise systems, and ensure IT capabilities support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's IT and digital transformation roadmap.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on cloud technologies, AI, cybersecurity, ERP modernization, and data analytics.
- Oversee enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, HRIS, and collaboration platforms.
- Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud environments, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
- Drive data governance, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic IT investments.
- Implement security frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry best practices.
- Lead and develop a technology organization of 15+ professionals, including 2 Senior Managers.
- Partner with global stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior leadership within semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial organizations with global operations.
- Proven success leading ERP modernization, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI governance.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, multi-site environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle enterprise applications is highly desirable.
- Background supporting global manufacturing operations and technology environments.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units and locations.
