End User device support- Build, Install and maintenance of PCs, and peripheral devices (such as mobile/smart phones). • Addressing the issues reported by Siemens Energy authorized users like Microsoft desktop operating system and windows application deployment, configuration, and management. • Support End-to-End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management using Microsoft SCCM, VDI and Intune. • Support third-party IT technicians, if requested by Siemens Energy. • Scope of Asset management will be limited to CMDB status update while allocating/deallocating the devices under scope. (ex: Laptop, Desktop) • VIPOnsite Service Support • Smart Hands and Feet Jobs like basic network troubleshooting, resetting the cable
