POSITION OVERVIEW
\n
Seeking an accomplished Enterprise MDM Leader to spearhead end-to-end Master Data Management initiatives across global Life Sciences operations. Reporting to executive leadership within the enterprise data organization, the selected candidate will establish trusted Product 360 and Customer 360 capabilities to solve critical data fragmentation challenges across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Regulatory ecosystems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
• Lead daily enterprise-wide MDM strategy, governance frameworks, stewardship workflows, and managed services operations across global onshore and offshore teams.
\n
• Design and execute Product Master, Item Master, and Customer Master solutions using Informatica MDM, P360, C360, and IDQ to ensure standardized golden records across ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain systems.
\n
• Architect scalable cloud-native integrations and synchronization pipelines connecting MDM platforms with Salesforce, Data Warehouses, and Regulatory systems using AWS S3, Glue, AppFlow, Airflow, and Athena.
\n
• Implement GenAI and AI-assisted capabilities to optimize product data enrichment, duplicate detection, anomaly monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
\n
• Track business outcomes and operational metrics via executive dashboards, establishing reusable COE frameworks to drive continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
