Summary
Looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations, customer relationships, staffing coordination, and quality activities. This role combines office administration with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, solving problems, and supporting teams both on-site and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project and staffing activities.
- Communicate with customers, team members, and staffing partners.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and project performance.
- Create and maintain work instructions and project documentation.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Support quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
- Visit customer locations and provide on-site support when needed.
- Handle administrative duties, reporting, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Local travel may be required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
