Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Job Description-Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and building systems.
-Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, repairs, and safety concerns.
-Troubleshoot issues and complete hands-on repairs when possible.
-Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs and replacements.
-Assist with maintenance budgets, supply inventory, and long-term facility planning.
-Perform other duties as needed to support facility operations.

-Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facilities maintenance.
-Experience working in a facilities maintenance role
-Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and determine repair needs.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
