- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM start time, Monday-Saturday
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM start time, Monday-Saturday
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM or 11:00 PM start time, Sunday-Friday
- 48 hours per week
- 8-10 hour shifts

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining production, warehouse, and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting facility improvement projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and warehouse equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Maintain equipment, tools, machine parts, and spare parts inventory
- Assist with facility maintenance and equipment installation projects
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Participate in workplace safety initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment required
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed
