We are looking for motivated individuals interested in starting a career in luxury real estate while completing state-approved pre-licensing education and preparing to earn rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides a path to learn the business alongside experienced real estate professionals while developing the skills and habits needed to enter the industry with a strong foundation.
You will gain exposure to how luxury agents create new business, develop client relationships, prospect for opportunities, and provide a high level of service. Practical training and mentorship will introduce you to real estate conversations, market knowledge, client communication, property marketing, and the activities successful agents use to build their business.
As you work toward becoming licensed, you will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of lead generation, consistent follow-up, relationship building, and professional communication. You will also learn how productive agents organize their daily activities, manage opportunities, and create momentum through consistent action.
Once licensed, you will be positioned to transition into active real estate production with continued coaching, mentorship, and support. The goal is to help you move from education into the business with greater confidence and a clear understanding of the activities required to grow.

Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced luxury real estate agents to understand the nuances of high-end property transactions.
- Engage in practical training sessions to develop essential skills in client communication and property marketing.
- Participate in mentorship programs to gain insights into effective lead generation and relationship building.
- Assist in organizing and managing daily activities to ensure consistent follow-up and opportunity management.
- Contribute to creating and executing marketing strategies that highlight the unique features of luxury properties.
- Shadow seasoned agents during client meetings to observe and learn best practices in client relationship management.
- Support the team in prospecting for new business opportunities and expanding the client base in the luxury market segment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to engage with high-end clientele.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to assist in property marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and opportunity management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new challenges in a dynamic real estate environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
