Your Impact
- Orchestrate a maintenance team to safely execute inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements that keep production on track.
- Align work plans with the production schedule; ensure equipment availability meets daily and weekly targets.
- Introduce and mature preventive and predictive maintenance programs; reduce unplanned downtime.
- Be a visible floor leader—coach operators in basic care and facilitate operator‑performed maintenance.
- Administer CMMS workflows, prioritize backlog, and drive data‑based decisions.
- Source parts and services; manage vendors, competitive bids, and contractor qualifications and quality standards.
- Establish standards for major overhauls/outages and manage the maintenance budget.
- Model safety and environmental compliance at every step.
- Recognize achievements and address performance issues with clarity and fairness.
Role Details
Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Overtime as needed, with flexibility to support off‑shift activities when required.
What You Bring
- Hands‑on background with assembly line machinery and familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; strong mechanical and organizational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, math, reading, and writing skills.
- Comfort with Excel and Word; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset to influence culture change toward proactive reliability.
