Ford of Boerne is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Porter / Facility Maintenance Associate to help keep our dealership running smoothly. This position combines vehicle porter responsibilities with facility and grounds maintenance to ensure our dealership provides an exceptional experience for every customer.

What You'll DoVehicle & Porter Responsibilities

• Move and organize new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Transport vehicles between departments and off-site locations as needed.
• Assist the Sales and Service departments with daily operations.
• Perform dealership errands and miscellaneous support duties.

Facility & Grounds Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, and customer areas.
• Sweep, pressure wash, and maintain exterior surfaces.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor facility repairs as assigned.
• Monitor dealership facilities and report maintenance concerns.
• Help set up and tear down dealership events and displays.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance and special projects.
• Ensure all customer-facing areas remain clean, safe, and inviting.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
