Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to work within the investment side of real estate while earning rewarding commissions. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems that support organization, opportunity evaluation, and consistent daily activity. The focus is on building productive habits, recognizing opportunities, and developing the skills needed to guide investment transactions from the initial conversation through closing.
Rather than focusing only on individual transactions, you will learn how to build a business centered on trust, reputation, and long-term relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners. Compensation:
$150,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Lead generation
- Follow the team plan
Qualifications:
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Real estate license required. If you do not have a license, we can help you obtain one
