About the Role
LHH is partnering with a growing property management company in Canton, Ohio to hire a Leasing Agent. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong sales experience who enjoy building relationships and helping prospective residents find their next home.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and through email inquiries
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents
- Process rental applications and lease documentation
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
- Support resident retention efforts and assist with renewals
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Leasing, customer service, retail sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet leasing goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
- Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
