Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, conducts property tours, processes lease applications, and helps maintain high occupancy levels while delivering a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community amenities and available apartments.
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins.
- Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, and community features.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
- Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining leasing records and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000
