Job Description

About the Role

iDrive Fulfillment is looking for a Physical Facilities Manager to join our KY1 team in Lexington, Kentucky. This is an on-site role responsible for keeping our warehouse facility safe, compliant, and fully operational — from door alarms and safety equipment to basic IT hardware support. If you’re someone who takes ownership, works independently, and knows how buildings run, we want to hear from you.

You’ll report to our Physical Facilities Manager, Corporate Shared Services, and work closely with site leadership to keep things running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

Facilities & Equipment

• Walk the facility regularly to identify and address issues before they become problems

• Submit and follow up on work orders to make sure repairs actually get done

• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and contractors for maintenance and repairs

• Handle minor in-house repairs: lighting, door hardware, and general upkeep

• Manage planned maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery

Safety & Security

• Own the door alarm system — monitoring, testing, documenting, and coordinating service calls

• Keep safety equipment current: fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency lighting, eyewash stations

• Maintain inspection records and ensure we’re audit-ready at all times (OSHA, fire marshal, etc.)

• Support emergency drills and evacuation planning

IT Hardware — KY1 Site

• Serve as the first call when hardware isn’t working — desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, handhelds

• Set up new devices for new hires and decommission equipment when employees leave

• Maintain a running inventory of all IT assets at the site

• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, printers, cables)

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of hardware for replacements and new orders

• Escalate real IT issues to our Systems & Network Admin team

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years in facilities, building maintenance, or a related field

• Experience with access control or alarm systems (expert-level not required, but not starting from scratch)

• Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT hardware issues

• Highly organized — this role lives and dies by keeping accurate records and following through

• Able to work independently without close supervision

• Physically able to work in a warehouse environment — lifting up to 50 lbs, on your feet throughout the day

Preferred:

• Experience in a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics environment

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• CompTIA A+ or other IT hardware certification

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $42,000 – $52,000 per year (based on experience)

• Medical & Dental: Company covers 50% of your monthly premium

• 401(k): Company matches up to 5% of your contributions

• Full-time, salaried position (Exempt)

• Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility based on operational needs
