Now hiring an Experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Modesto, CA!
What you'll do:
- Greet prospective residents and lead tours of available apartments
- Answer leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins
- Help keep residents satisfied and the leasing office running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- +1 year in apartment leasing
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour, paid weekly
