Position: Leasing Consultant

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Denver, CO! We are looking for someone with multifamily leasing experience who can connect with prospective residents, help drive occupancy, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with apartment tours, inquiries, and applications.
• Follow up with leads to convert prospects into leases.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate resident files.
• Support resident relations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community amenities.

Requirements:

• Previous apartment leasing experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build relationships with prospective residents.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced apartment community.
• Must be able to commute to Denver, CO 80246.
