Maintenance Director
Job Summary:
As a key member of our Nursing and Rehab Center team, the Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility in Mobile, AL. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times

Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and policies to ensure efficient use of resources

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that equipment and facilities meet patient needs and regulatory requirements

Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure effective use of resources and compliance with regulations

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Requirements:

2+ years of experience physcial plant operations in a skilled-nursing care center

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate facility

Knowledge of NFPA and Life Safety Code regulations
