• $37.05/hr base pay
• $1.00/hr shift premium — $38.05/hr total
• Significant overtime available right now — some weeks up to 55 hours

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available — you choose what works for you
• Currently offering significant overtime while the team is being built out
• Once fully staffed, transitioning to a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

???? What You'll Be Doing

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Maintaining conveyors and production equipment
• Working on fillers, labelers, cartoners, case packers, check weighers, X-rays, dryers, flour feeding systems, cheese pouch filling systems, and more
• Performing millwright work and equipment assembly and repair
• Diagnosing equipment issues and keeping production running efficiently
• Working with and understanding PLC functionality

• Experience maintaining conveyors and production equipment
• PLC experience preferred
• Millwright experience a plus
• Someone reliable who can hit the ground running and handle a fast paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
