We are looking for a resource with 10+ years of experience in Symantec NetBackup Administration.
\n
 
\n
Required Skills
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Symantec NetBackup in enterprise environments</li>
\n
<li>Working knowledge of IBM and Quantum tape library technologies</li>
\n
<li>Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or similar automation tools</li>
\n
<li>Proven experience in the deployment, configuration, and administration of backup infrastructure and tape libraries</li>
\n
<li>Working knowledge of enterprise-class Fibre Channel switches and directors from Cisco, Brocade, and McData</li>
\n
<li>Experience with NetApp storage systems, particularly backup integration and configuration</li>
\n
<li>Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, VERITAS Volume Manager, and file systems</li>
\n
<li>Project management experience with the ability to coordinate infrastructure deployments and upgrades</li>
\n
<li>Expertise in 2nd and 3rd level fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution</li>
\n
<li>Experience working within financial services environments will be an added advantage</li>
