About the role
\n
We're looking for a detail-oriented tester to help validate our loan origination system. You'll confirm that loan data is accurate and complete, and you'll test new screens and workflow tasks as we move to Encompass on the web.

What you'll do
\n

- Verify that data pushed into Encompass loan fields matches the source documents in the eFolder.
- Record a pass or fail result for each field on each loan and share clear feedback on the failures so they can be corrected.
- Test new screens in Encompass on the web, checking that they look right and work as designed.
- Test workflow tasks on the web to confirm the trigger, assign, and complete correctly.
- Log defects with clear steps to reproduce and retest after fixes.

Must have

- Hands-on experience with Encompass on the web.
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan files and eFolder documents.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to compare data against documents accurately.
- Clear written communication for reporting test results and defects.
- Comfort working through repeatable test cases and tracking results.
- Experience testing workflow tasks, business rules, or custom forms in Encompass.
- Prior QA or loan quality control experience
