The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial professional for our Pasadena, TX location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing a variety of custodial and cleaning duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Job Title: Janitorial
Location: Pasadena, TX
Duration: It is part-time janitorial work.
Schedule: The workdays are Monday, Wednesday, Daytime/Morning shift.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles while ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue, and report inventory shortages as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow assigned work schedules, complete all janitorial tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional, courteous attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
- It will consist of cleaning of the Army, Airforce, Navy, Marines recruiting station offices, they are all side by side.
