A dynamic, full-time Property Manager/Community Manager position is available at a Residential Property Management company in Albany. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch tea
 
200+ market-rate units. Knowledge of multifamily property management is required. The properties are small apartment communities and duplexes.
 
Heavy LEASING required for this position
 
Qualifications / Requirements for this position included:

<li>4-5 years of property management experience required</li>
<li>Leasing and marketing skills required</li>
<li>Resident Retention, work orders, and excellent follow-up</li>
<li>Knowledge of leasing</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary</li>
</ul>
