Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of leasing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram preferred
- Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Availability to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospects through the leasing process and secure rental agreements
- Ensure model units are tour-ready and appealing
- Maintain accurate property and resident files
- Stay up to date on lease terms, rates, and community amenities
- Conduct daily property walks to ensure presentation standards
- Support marketing efforts with local outreach and online platforms
- Deliver prompt, professional resident service
- Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA compliance
