We are looking for a hands-on Active Directory & Entra ID Specialist to lead and execute a critical identity consolidation project. In this role, you will be directly responsible for migrating, streamlining, and consolidating legacy on-premises Active Directory domains into a unified Entra ID (Azure AD) cloud and hybrid architecture.

If you enjoy diving into directory structures, untangling legacy group policies, and executing seamless tenant/domain migrations with minimal user impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Directory Consolidation: Plan and execute hands-on consolidation of multiple legacy Active Directory forests/domains into a target AD / Entra ID structure.
- Tenant & Domain Migrations: Perform tenant-to-tenant (T2T) and domain migrations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, native tools).
- Identity Sync Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect) and Cloud Sync to ensure reliable hybrid identity management.
- Access & Security Cleanup: Standardize and clean up Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), RBAC roles, and security groups across source and target environments.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex synchronization issues, trust relationship failures, and user/device migration errors.

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in Active Directory domain migration and Entra ID consolidation projects.
- Hybrid Identity Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Azure AD Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity architectures.
- Migration Tools: Practical experience using enterprise migration tools (e.g., Quest Migration Manager, BitTitan) alongside PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Core Protocols: In-depth understanding of Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and DNS in multi-domain setups.
- Problem Solver: Ability to work directly with infrastructure and security teams to resolve migration bottlenecks efficiently.
