What You'll Do
As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving highly automated manufacturing equipment that drives continuous production.
Daily Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment
- Troubleshoot motors, motor controls, drives, sensors, and electrical components
- Work with VFDs, relays, contactors, and industrial control circuits
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Maintain maintenance documentation, parts inventories, and work orders
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with PLC-based control systems
- Experience troubleshooting VFDs and motor controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems
- High School Diploma or GED

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
