• We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in the Go programming language (Golang) to join our dynamic team.

\n

• As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our applications and services.

\n

• Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

\n

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs using Golang.

\n

• Database Management: Work extensively with PostgreSQL, optimizing queries and ensuring high availability.

\n

• API Design & Integration: Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.

\n

• Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code with unit testing and CI/CD integration.

\n

• Exception Handling , debugging, and troubleshooting

\n

• TypeScript & Frontend Collaboration (Added Advantage): Work closely with frontend teams using TypeScript for seamless API integration.

\n

• Scalability & Security: Implement best practices for scalability, security, and fault tolerance in a cloud-native environment.

\n

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, DevOps, and frontend engineers.

\n

Required Skills & Experience:

\n

\n
• Golang Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.

\n

• Database Skills: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, and optimization.

\n

• API Development: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and gRPC services.

\n

• Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

\n

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

\n

• Testing & Debugging: Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques.

\n

• Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

\n

• Frontend Collaboration (Nice to Have): Exposure to TypeScript, React, or Node.js is a plus.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability challenges in backend systems is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices would be advantageous.

• Must have strong expertise in Go programming and experience in leading software development teams.

• Proficiency in software architecture and design principles is essential.

• Familiarity with best practices in code quality and performance optimization is required.

\n

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers is also crucial.
