Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Shift: 6am to 2:30PM to start Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays per month
After training 1 candidate could work 6AM to 2:30PM and the other could work 11AM to 7:30PM
Duration: Long term, 1+ year

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, motor and machine controls, electrical systems, and electronics
- Resolving equipment, process, and compliance issues, performing unscheduled maintenance, and responding to trouble calls promptly
- Conducting daily preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational equipment
- Ensuring proper completion of work order systems, maintenance, and facility procedures, including documentation in CMMS
- Maintaining spare parts inventory for assigned areas
- Adhering strictly to environmental health and safety (EHS) and manufacturing SOPs, policies, and procedures
- Modifying, upgrading, and installing new equipment and machinery
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and supporting plant production and operational excellence
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess 3-5 years of prior maintenance experience on automated manufacturing machines/equipment
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
- Have good procedural writing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS experience; Maximo preferred)
- Are experienced with programmable logic controllers (PLC) such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron; SCADA/EMS/BMS experience preferred
- Are comfortable reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and part diagrams
- Have experience with high-speed packaging equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and facility equipment such as HVAC, compressed air, and RO water systems
- Possess electrical knowledge with AC/DC motors and drives, systems up to 480V 3-Phase, relays, switches, sensors, and low voltage systems
- Are willing and able to work in a clean room environment and wear PPE as required
- Can physically ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and perform related tasks
