Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college or university degree is a plus
- Able to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Competent with Variable Frequency Drives, PLC’s, electrical schematics, mechanical schematics, and SolidWorks drawings
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365
- Proficient in using HubSpot as a service ticket management and deal management system
- Working understanding of Watervision integration with control platforms and systems like Toro and Rainbird
- Experience with test equipment, warranty recordkeeping, and field service activities
- Knowledge of water systems, control systems, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Watertronics product lines including technical specifications and troubleshooting
- Clarify customer issues, determine root cause, evaluate options, and recommend solutions
- Utilize the service parts catalog and support parts availability
- Provide 24-hour phone support on a rotation basis, assisting customers with technical issues
- Assist in developing training content and participate in service education events and warranty analysis
