The Food Server plays a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience through efficient service and friendly customer interaction. As part of a team and reporting directly to a manager, the Food Server manages multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, often during weekend shifts. This position requires extensive interaction with customers to provide attentive service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
• Set up tables according to service standards
• Explain menu items and specials to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service
• Certificate in Food Handling
• Strong teamwork skills
