We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential electrical projects from pre-construction through completion. This role will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing schedules and manpower, working with customers, general contractors, and other trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project scopes.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and communicate schedule updates and potential delays.
- Work closely with general contractors, owners, engineers, and other trades.
- Attend project meetings and provide project updates.
Qualifications
- Commercial/residential electrical experience, including significant field leadership experience.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation methods.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers and common construction/project management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
