We are looking for an experienced On-Site Manager for a developing community in Glen Allen, VA. We want to meet you if you are a tech-savvy professional with excellent customer service experience. Our ideal candidate has CMCA designation, exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong project management experience, and can take initiative. You should be a people person who can provide excellent service via phone, email, or face-to-face with community owners.
BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The Onsite Community Manager shall maintain various types of records and reports and is responsible for the implementation and supervision of Board and Management policies, and the facilitation of communication and interpersonal relations among owners/residents by various means.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- The Onsite Community Manager shall maintain various types of records and reports and is responsible for implementing and supervising Board and Management policies, as well as facilitating communication and interpersonal relations among owners/residents by various means.
- Responsible for contract compliance, drafting contract specifications, and aiding/assisting in the interview process for bid reviews.
- Project oversight, site staff oversight, and training
- Committee oversight and training
- Communications coordination; decision-making; service performance and related activities; building security and safety compliance.
- Perform and oversee all administrative functions; oversee all accounts payable and receivable collected/paid on-site.
- Property inspections and follow-up
- Assistance with insurance claims handling and processing
- Attendance at board meetings and other meetings as requested, as well as resolution of resident inquiries and problems.
- Maintenance of files, budget compliance, and assistance with annual budget preparation.
- Production of monthly site management reports and other reports as instructed by Regional Manager.
- Maintain regular office hours 8:30AM - 5PM.
- Other duties as assigned by the Board.
