Introduction
This role is responsible for providing guidance and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for application teams and working with operations and engineering teams, Information Security, and the business to resolve vulnerability remediation issues. The role involves leading workstreams in partnership with central teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities and violations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management (3 years required)
- Experience in Vulnerability Management (5 years required)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, analysis, etc.)
- Experience in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio
- Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Ability to communicate, engage, and build partnerships at a senior leadership level

- Analyze data to identify, communicate, and drive prioritization
- Build relationships with key business partners to influence outcomes over time
- Lead projects to drive improvements to processes, while reporting on status regularly with stakeholders and leadership
