Job DescriptionMoro’s Table in Auburn is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Server to join our front-of-house team.
We’re looking for someone who is a strong server first, but who can also step into a leadership role during service—setting the tone for the team, keeping the dining room organized, and helping ensure every guest receives the level of service we expect.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing professional, attentive table service
• Helping lead and support the FOH team during service
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Making sure servers, hosts, and support staff are prepared for service
• Communicating with the kitchen, bar, and management throughout the evening
• Helping resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Leading by example with punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude
What we’re looking for:
• Previous serving experience required
• Leadership or lead-server experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service is a plus
