Job DescriptionIf you're an experienced CMM Programmer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for precision, this opportunity offers the chance to apply your expertise in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in programming inspection equipment, verifying dimensional accuracy, and partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality standards.Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CMM equipment to inspect precision-manufactured components
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify parts meet specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements to develop accurate inspection programs
- Use precision measurement equipment, including CMMs, FARO Arms, Keyence systems, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Analyze inspection results, prepare reports, and help identify and resolve dimensional or quality issues
- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to maintain accurate inspections and improve quality processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with PC-DMIS and Calypso programming software
- Strong understanding of GD&T and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using CMMs and precision measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to accurate results
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 3-5 days a week
- 8AM – 5PM
Pay Rate:
- $35/Hour
