We're looking for a Project Scheduler who lives in Primavera P6 and wants their schedules to actually drive how projects get built. If you can build a clean CPM schedule, keep it current, and tell the story the data is telling, let's talk.

This is a role for someone a few years into scheduling who's ready to own their projects end to end — not just push updates, but be the person the project team trusts to know where things really stand.

What you'll do

- \n
- Build and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across [one or more active projects]
- Run monthly updates — collect progress, adjust logic, and keep the critical path honest
- Flag slippage early and work with project teams on recovery options
- Produce clear look-aheads, progress reports, and schedule narratives
- Support delay analysis and change management when the schedule shifts
- Partner with cost/controls to keep budget and schedule in sync

What you need

- 3+ years building and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6
- A solid grip on CPM scheduling — critical path, float, logic, resource loading
- The ability to explain a schedule to people who don't read Gantt charts for a living

- PSP, CST, or another AACE credential (or working toward one)
- Earned value or cost-loading experience
