Position Overview:
Integrity Facility Services is seeking a reliable and professional Lead Cleaner to oversee janitorial operations at Word of Faith Church. This position requires a strong leader who can manage cleaning staff, ensure quality standards are met, and represent our company with excellence in a faith-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company and client standards
- Perform general cleaning duties including:
- Restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control
- Assist with training new team members
- Communicate effectively with management regarding site needs or concerns
- Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained
- Be available to work special events and additional days as needed
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and special events
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a church environment with respect and integrity
