Be part of a high-performing real estate team by keeping listing operations running as a real estate assistant— coordinate paperwork, schedule appointments, and support marketing for each property. Full-time, on-site position, Monday- Friday.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and organize listing paperwork, maintain listing files and databases
• Schedule listing appointments and coordinate marketing efforts
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform general office duties

Qualifications:

What you bring (must-haves):

• HS diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in real estate or customer service preferred
• Valid Texas driver's license

Nice-to-haves:

• MLS and transaction platform knowledge
• Texas real estate license or pursuing one
