Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for an IT Service Project Manager - Level II to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) GSP TO7 in ATAMMC, Fort Belvoir, VA.
Location: 9300 DeWitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060
Position Overview:
- The Project Manager - Level II provides intermediate project management and CCB facilitation support at ATAMMC, managing short-term IT projects and coordinating CCB activities in accordance with the Government's Charter.
- Contract Support Hours: Monday-Friday, 1000-1800
Job Duties:
- Facilitate the CCB in accordance with the Government's Charter by coordinating the attendance of non-voting members, ensuring submission of all required documentation, and maintaining official records.
- Provide cradle-to-grave project management for short-term projects (approximately 6 months or less), utilizing government-approved methodologies.
- Manage all project phases, including coordination, kickoff, execution, monitoring, documentation, vendor communication, and closeout.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, contract support, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using government-approved tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project).
- Provide full administrative support including status reporting, data gathering, meeting logistics, and funding profiles.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency in IT project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience managing IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Change Control Boards (CCBs) or similar governance processes.
- Experience maintaining Integrated Master Schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools.
Required to Start:
- Certification Requirements:
- PMI PMP certification or equivalent.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
Clearance Requirements: Must have or be able obtain a NACLC Public Trust which is required to Start. All personnel must obtain favorable suitability adjudication prior to commencement of duties.
