Job DescriptionMon-Fri 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 1st Shift Pay Rate: $25HR
Core Responsibilities:
- Operating TIG welding equipment.
- Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to plan layout and select equipment.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Welding various materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Inspecting welds and performing repairs.
- Maintaining welding equipment.
Additional potential duties:
- Fabricating and fitting custom parts.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Collaborating with teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience, often 2-3 years preferred.
