We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and hard-working residential Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
*Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
*Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
*Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
*Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
*Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
*Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Requirements:
*Minimum three years of related experience
*Valid Driver's License
*Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
*Self-starter with ability to work independently
*Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
*Ability to understand and follow direction
*Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
*Ability to communicate effectively
*Own hand tools
*Requires standing and walking.
*Requires frequent operation of maintenance equipment, such as tools, cleaning equipment, etc.
*Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects in need of repair, etc.
*Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
*Climbing ladders (up to 32ft) possible
