This role is ideal for a professional with experience in project coordination, financial tracking, data analysis, reporting, procurement, and asset management.
\n
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project data, financial governance, budget tracking, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Project & Portfolio Coordination
\n
• Process, maintain, validate, and reconcile project and portfolio data.
\n
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, data analysis, and portfolio-level reporting.
\n
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with defined governance processes.
\n
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and administrative issues.
\n
• Support portfolio financial tracking and reconciliation.
\n
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
\n
Financial Management
\n
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
\n
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare financial reports.
\n
• Support asset request processing and Purchase Order (PO) coordination.
\n
• Track and reconcile invoices and financial transactions.
\n
• Support asset capitalization and settlement activities.
\n
• Perform financial controls and validation in internal systems.
\n
• Identify financial discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
\n
• Support portfolio budget monitoring and financial analysis.
\n
Administrative & Asset Support
\n
• Coordinate project-related administrative and operational activities.
\n
• Support procurement, asset registration, deployment, and decommissioning processes.
\n
• Maintain accurate project, financial, procurement, and asset documentation.
\n
• Support audit readiness and governance requirements.
\n
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and Asset Management teams.
\n
• Ensure project processes and documentation remain accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
\n

Experience Requirements
\n
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project financial management, portfolio coordination, financial analysis, or an IT/engineering environment.
\n
• Hands-on experience with project reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and financial tracking.
\n
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis.
\n
• Experience coordinating POs, invoices, procurement, and asset-related activities.
\n
• Experience supporting asset capitalization, settlement, deployment, and decommissioning.
\n
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Asset Management.
\n
• Experience with enterprise project management, financial, procurement, or asset management systems is preferred.
\n
\n
Education
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
\n
• Engineering, Finance, or IT degree is preferred.
\n
• Relevant certifications in Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or Procurement are an added advantage.
\n
