- Working with application owners and development teams to solve integration, configuration, access, and deployment issues
Security and Compliance
- Putting security upgrades, vulnerability fixes, access controls, and certificate and secret rotations into place
- Supporting cybersecurity standards and procedures
- Helping assess and onboard third-party software, including technical reviews and vendor documentation for risk and procurement
Coordination and Documentation

- Acting as the liaison among business users, application, infrastructure, security, and procurement teams
- Tracking project actions and risks and giving regular status updates
- Maintaining software license, renewal, and purchase information
- Writing and updating procedures, design documents, support guides, disaster-recovery plans, and knowledge articles

- Clear written communication, strong documentation habits, and a customer-service mindset
- Comfort collaborating with a multicultural, globally distributed team
- Ability to juggle competing requests, work independently, and stay calm in high-impact incidents
Preferred
- 3+ years of progressive experience with Windows and Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and remote desktop technologies
- Certifications in Microsoft, virtualization, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT service management
- Experience with technical project coordination, disaster recovery, operational readiness, and controlled production changes
- Background in IT service management, incident and change coordination, security remediation, vendor management, and software licensing
