Job DescriptionLocation: Oklahoma City, OKMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I / DRIVERPay Rate/Hours:

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Payrate: $21/hr

As a Maintenance Technician I/Driver, you will perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of the buildings do not deteriorate. Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts/materials to local vendors.
Maintenance Technician I / Driver Responsibilities:

Support the maintenance department in daily work requirements.
Drive a company vehicle in all-weather elements.

Maintenance Technician I / Driver Qualifications:

Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability, and yield.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
Performs maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs.
Clean sand repairs building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
Selects the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
Works under moderate supervision.
Provides excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Follows all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.

Maintenance Technician I / Driver Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or its equivalent, preferably; one to three years of related experience.
Must hold a current non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
Must have a safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier.
Ability to work well with others and independently.
Understanding of electrical to include 120, 240, and 480 3 phase.
Knowledge of PVC and pipe plumbing.
Prefer candidate is mechanically inclined.
