Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46818
Salary: $30 - $40/hour
Founded in 1994, we are a leading global automotive supplier specializing in driveline, metal forming, and powertrain technologies that support electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. Our Fort Wayne, IN facility plays a key role in delivering high-volume, precision-engineered components within a highly automated production environment, helping drive performance and reliability for major automotive OEMs. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support production operations by performing maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment using effective problem-solving techniques and proven repair methods
- Interpret drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
What You Need for This Position
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with CNC machines and mechanical presses
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting
